LAVA FORGE PVT. LTD. isfull fledged FORGINGS unit and their plant is located at SHAPAR INDUSTRIAL AREA of SHAPAR Vilage of Rajkot district. We are manufacturer of all kinds os CLOSE DIE FORGING.

The Company is established during year of 2005.

We are having experience of 20 years in Forging Field.

The Company is professionally manages by a well experienced team. They have well equipped Forge, Shop ,Die Shop, Metal Testing laboratary and arrangement of Heat Treatment & Mavhine Shop.

We can take up the FORGING in capacity upto 15kg. component weight.

We can do forfinggs in Materials like MS, SS, ALLOY STEEL as per Drawing, Specification,Material detail and SAmple od customer.

We have also taken up the Procedure to have the ISO 9001-2015 Certification.

 

QUALITY

Our approach towards quality is based on sound principles with focus on the customer requirements.We believe that good quality is the natural product of a stable process and hence improving process capability is the key to improve quality.

Our crucial inspections toages are implemented at three level a(Incoming Material inspection,b) Process inspection and c) Final product inspection. We maitain complete traceability record for work in progress in line with ISO 9001/2015 .amagement system. We have folloeing apparatus for the testing and inspection purpose.

MACHINING FACILITY

We have us well established CNC and VMC machine facility that is equipped with precision macgining, milling andturning equipment which ably supports all involved in-process dwmands. With presence of CNC facilities, we are able to bring better aptimization in productivity as well as match up with the exact specifications detailed by the clienrs.
